RTS Automation Service
The plan: once NMS2S is live and RTS publishes an integration path, verify your data landed correctly after migration and keep it synced going forward — instead of exporting a CSV every time you want to check.
This service does not exist yet. Here's the honest status.
- • There is no live connection to BioTrack, NMS2S, or RTS on this site today, and we are not claiming one.
- • BioTrack and NMS2S are closed, credentialed state systems. Nothing is available to third parties before launch.
- • CCD and RTS have said they are working to support third-party retail POS integrations at launch, with API functionality for inventory integrations expected shortly after. That is the door this service would go through — and it is not open yet.
- • No approved-integrator program has been published. Until one exists, no third party can offer a compliant live NMS2S sync — including us.
- • Serving other operators would also require each operator's written authorization naming us as their agent.
- • If a vendor tells you they already have a live NMS2S bridge, ask them to show you the integrator approval.
What we intend to build
Post-migration verification
After the cutover, compare what NMS2S shows against what you had in BioTrack, so you find out about a bad migration from us rather than from an audit.
Ongoing reconciliation
Scheduled checks against the same validated rule engine the analyzer uses, so drift between your shelves and the state system gets caught early.
Third-party POS sync checks
If you run a separate POS or inventory system, flag records that exist there but not in the state system — the gap that bit people hardest at cutover.
Audit-ready reporting
Dated, exportable reconciliation reports you can hand to an inspector or keep on file.
In the meantime, the Migration Readiness Analyzer is live and free, and does the pre-cutover half of this work today.
